The Just Rewards employee survey on performance and rewards developed as part of our pay fairness research. Designed to truly understand the question “my pay and benefits are fair…” One question on pay fairness in other surveys – 37 questions in the Say on Pay Survey provide an unrivalled understanding of what employees think about your performance and reward offering and how it is deployed.

EQUATE ® is an analytical point factor job sizing system developed by Just Rewards Limited to better understand and clarify internal relativities within client organisations. It comprises six factors which are broken into sub-factors, covering the three fundamental dimensions of job worth – accountability, complexity and expertise. The points scores in each factor underpin a grade structure to allow external benchmarking. Easy to use, gender neutral, applicable to jobs at all levels.

Achieving internal equity through Analytical Job Levelling. AJiLe™ is an analytical matching job evaluation system developed by Just Rewards to help organisations make sense of internal relativities.

Jobs are assigned to level profiles that distinguish between roles on the basis of responsibility, complexity, skills and expertise. The level profiles underpin a grade structure to allow external benchmarking.
